Identification Credentials The MPA requires that all persons who have a legitimate business need to either enter unmonitored or unescorted on property owned and controlled by the MPA possess and display properly issued and authorized identification credentials. The below procedures are to be followed for individuals requesting MPA terminal badges and credentials.
MPA Terminal Identification Credentialing Procedures
MPA facility tenant/employer/user is responsible for notifying the MPA of all proposed visitors 24-hours prior to their arrival to MPA terminals by using MPA’s password-protected computer web-based visitor software program – iVisitor. The MPA Office of Security may authorize access to MPA terminals the same day, provided an Application for Same Day Access is completed in it’s entirety by an authorized iVisitor Tenant Administrator and faxed to the Office of Security at (410) 285-0891.

Vessel Crew Shore Access The I-418, Passenger and Crew List; crew change-out list; and shore leave list are to be faxed to 410-631-5605. This telephone number resides in the MPA Dundalk Gate Security Building where coverage is provided by MPA contract security personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For confirmation of receipt of lists faxed, Vessel Officers and Agents may telephone the on-site roving security guard supervisor at 410-262-0505 at the time of faxing.
